At Vivara, we provide psychological therapy designed to support clients through a range of challenges. We are dedicated to providing holistic care that empowers individuals to achieve meaningful, lasting well-being.

Evidence-based approaches

We use a range of scientifically supported therapeutic modalities. These include:

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Schema Therapy
  • Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)

Additional support

 

For those who may benefit from lifestyle changes to support their mental health, we also offer nutritional coaching. While psychological therapy is at the heart of what we do, nutritional guidance can provide additional support.

At Vivara, we aim to help you achieve mental and emotional well-being through evidence-based psychological therapy. Our primary focus is on providing compassionate, individualised care to help with a range of mental health challenges.

SESSIONS IN PERSON AND ON-LINE

We offer sessions in person at our clinic in Pitt St, Sydney CBD, as well as Telehealth sessions.
